We are a small family-owned and operated ranch. Our passion is raising natural, healthy beef for our family and friends. Our goal is to raise our cattle as God and nature intended by keeping our land as healthy as possible to provide a nutrient rich and natural diet for our cattle. We do not use pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, hormones, antibiotics or any pharmaceutical products on our land or animals. One of the reasons we choose to raise Texas Longhorns is that unlike most cattle breeds they evolved naturally here in North America from the first cattle introduced by the Spanish and other Europeans from the late 1400’s through 1800’s. It is this genetic diversity, developed slowly over time, that has led to their naturally lean meat and the ability to thrive on natural pasture conditions without the use of high supplemental feeding, antibiotics, added hormones, or other interventions. They are naturally disease resistant, have excellent reproductive and birthing capacity, ability to thrive under harsh conditions, and with their horns defend themselves well against predators. All of these traits mean that our beef is grass fed and natural with high flavor and nutrients
